and Australia have signed a MoU to enhance research and development
capabilities in biotechnology by launching joint funding call. The MoU was
signed between India’s BIRAC (Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance
Council) and Horticulture Innovation Australia (HIA).

China to launch world’s 1st quantum satellite: According to a scientist at the Chinese Academy of
Sciences, China will launch the world’s first quantum communication satellite
in July. It aims to improving the security of data transmission.
